Credit goes to my wife for finding this gem of a B&B. It's difficult to find everything you want at a good price, but Dawn and Massimo exceeded every expectation, creating a truly personal experience. I've stayed in many B&Bs, but none with this level of genuine care. They are laid-back, down-to-earth, and make you feel at home while maintaining professionalism and offering a wealth of knowledge about Taormina. We received check-in details before our trip, and any questions were met with quick, helpful, and friendly responses, including advice on transfers. Our room was beautifully decorated, spacious, spotlessly clean, and maintained daily, with fresh linen every three days. Breakfast was plentiful, with fresh croissants, eggs, rolls, fruit, local cheeses, yoghurt, and coffee. The B&B has a few rooms and a communal kitchen where Dawn and Massimo prepare breakfast. Guests can also use facilities like a chilled, filtered water machine—a big plus on hot days. Upon arrival, we received detailed information about where to eat, what to see, and transport links, reflecting Dawn and Massimo's travel experience. Their passion for hosting and understanding guests' needs truly sets this place apart. The Sicilian dinner on the terrace sounded wonderful. We didn’t budget for it this time, but we’ll definitely return to experience it. Thank you, Dawn and Massimo, for bringing heart to our trip to Taormina. We can’t wait to stay with you again.

Cozy stay in the city center of Taormina
Dawn and Massimo were very friendly and helped us to organize the transport on the date of our arrival and departure. The location is excelent, as it is close to the inner city and the theatre. The room was good for two persons, the shower could have been a bit more spacecious. Casa Cifali also provides the opportunity to buy local wine, which is great if you don't want to leave the room in the late evening anymore. We did not take advantage of the breakfast very often, as we wanted to try out many different local shops. Moreover, casa cifali only offered instant coffee, which is sadly not sufficient for coffee lovers. Overall, our stay there was very pleasent & especially when taking the price into account we can recommend this place to anyone traveling on a low budget. If we ever go to Taormina again, Casa Cifali is where we would want to stay at.

Lovely place in an amazing location in beautiful Taormina - easy to walk everywhere. Dawn and Massimo are super friendly and perfect hosts, with recommendations not just for the local area, but other places in Sicily too. Lovely place to stay
The accommodation is on a quiet street tucked away close to the centre of Taormina. Excellent information prior to our arrival and Dawn was on hand to greet me. A list of suggested places to eat and drink was provided along with a map which was handy to help us find out way around the town. My room was clean and modern and I slept well both nights. A tasty breakfast is provided to set you up for the day. A lovely place to stay.

Truly Exceptional
We have just completed 4 nights at this wonderful B&B and truly cannot fault it. Location is excellent, the rooms are spacious and immaculately clean (I can be very picky with this but felt so comfortable the whole stay) but overal what made it for us were the fantastic hosts, Massimo & Dawn are warm, extremely accomadating but most importantly a very nice couple. We absolutely would not hesitate to return and cannot recommend enough. If you stay you must try the personal dining experience available. They create you a beautiful, tradtional Sicilan meal (all prepared using fresh ingredients from the market) and serve it on a candle lit terrace. A lovely thing to do on your holiday and something we certainly will not forget Thanks again

The B&B is in a perfect location for exploring the centre of Taormina, as well as for longer walks to Castelmola. The place itself is very charming, as the breakfast is served on the terrace in the shade of grape vines. You will also have plenty of privacy due to the location in a side street away from the noise of the main street. The hosts were amazing, taking into account dietary restrictions for the breakfast, as well as giving us plenty of tips on where to eat, what to visit and how to get to the beach the easiest way. We were incredibly satisfied with the additional services as well, as our host prepared a 4 course meal for dinner, using locally sourced ingredients. We will never forget the tastes of Sicily thanks to him.
