"Loved this property. The managing staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Aaron, specifically, answered all my questions and really helped me navigate the city. "The interior facility was fine. Clean and functional. The communication with management was good. They responded quickly. They called to check to make sure everything was OK early in the stay. However… As many other reviews have said about the Hounslow location… The entry area was filled with trash every day from other businesses. The space heaters were not properly assembled and so they actually sat wobbling on the cords. I did call and report this and sent pictures. There was zero security....

"Great stay here, we were given the chalet at the bottom of the garden. I loved how private and quiet this place is. The accommodation was clean and very well presented. Very comfortable bed. Very good location to the underground. Only one minor flaw was that became se the toilet works on a pump system there is a slight nasty niff from the bathroom, I would suggest some fragrance in the bathroom but as I said this is only a very minor nag. All in all great stay. Thank you Reuven 😀😀"
