All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. They even arranged (on less that a days notice!) for a tour of Pompeii that picked us up directly in front of the hotel. They also arranged for a driver take us to and from the airport and the service they used was wondeful. My only complaint would be that I would have liked an extra outlet in the bathroom for my flat iron. I would absolutely stay here again!"
