"So great to find a spot right by the lake that allows pets for us to holiday with our furry one. Few things that need attention... when we sued the spa bath, dirt and bugs came out of the jets when we turned them on, not ideal. The light was not fitted well in the bathroom with a large gap allowing steam to enter to exposed wiring, bit of a safety risk. It would have been good to have access to a vacuum or have the room vacuumed during the daily cleans due to the tiny atones that track in from...

"My stay there was adequate.The staff were very friendly and accommodating.The location was brilliant being across the road from the lake and walking distance to a pub 100m up the road and Taupo central.The only criticisms I would make is the parking up the back was a bit cramped , the microwave smelt like an old phone box and the spa bath need a scrub.It looked like the previous guest had given themselves a Brazilian the night before.Otherwise would stay there again but would be very carefull of...
