"Overall the place was good and very accurate to the listing. The bed was comfortable, the neighborhood felt safe and close to where we needed to go. The only thing I would say that was a negative was the A/c it was a little warm at night. I brought a box fan and that helped but I enjoyed our stay! Would recommend to others. "

"The property was clean and had everything needed for a wonderful vacation. The private pool was a real plus. The golf cart worked well and got great mileage…after 2 weeks of using it daily, we had only used half a tank of gas. We would definitely rent it again. "

"Minor plumbing repairs required in bathroom and more thorough cleaning would improve overall expectation. Otherwise satisfied with the accommodation. "

"Very comfortable house; well set up kitchen, except need more kitchen towels. The host was very accommodating and easy to reach. We missed the small print that heating pool was extra, so be aware. Also, when 5 people are there for 5 days, probably need more than 1 roll of extra toilet paper and more than half a roll of paper towels. But overall, great place to stay."

"I liked this property but like everything, it wasn't a perfect stay. The thermostat is set. So if your hot or cold, you just have to deal with it. Another negative point, the garage was not accessible. I like parking my car in the garage. It's easier for unloading and privacy. Other than those two issues, the property was 4 stars "

"The home was very nice. We did not have access to the golf cart because there was no key available. I called the owner and he had no idea where the was placed by the rental company. We had already paid for the golf cart as part of the rental agreement. "

"Our stay at this villa was excellent. Very clean, spacious and just as the pictures show. Hosts were easy to get a hold of and answered questions. The adult pool to use was just at the end of the street and the “Sawgrass Square” with live music and food just a short walk away. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "
