Very dated and staff was sub par for any level of customer service. Never again, but served it’s purpose for a 2 day stay. It’s an easy walk to the monorail, ny ny; mgm, Luxor, and Mandalay Bay

Only complaint was, I had a reservation. And when I got there they told me they were fully booked. They ended finding us a room at the Hilton which was a lot smaller and a smaller bed than which we were originally booked.

The hotel is beautiful, the room is very comfortable and luxurious, the staff is very attentive and friendly. The area around the hotel is quiet and safe and walking distance to the strip. I will continue to stay at this hotel every time I go to Las Vegas.
