"The property was well presented and nice and clean. We found the heater was not adequate for the cold temperatures we experienced and was noisy. The microwave seemed problematic to use and some instructions would have helped. The host was pleasant and it was lovely to come home to find some local produce on the deck. I’d stay again if up that way. "

"My sister and I were very happy with the little cottage. It was warm, secluded, safe. We have family in Pukenui and Ngataki. So it was very handy to both. The weather was up and down. It didn't dampen our stay in the least. Loved the place, would definitely book again in the future. Thanks again."

"As a group we have stayed here before and again it did not disappoint. This is a remote bach and therefore do not expect all the comforts of a major city but that is why we will continue to return. That and the outstanding scenerey, location, access to the epic fishing grounds including the harbour. I live in Whanganui and this trip is well worth the 14 hrs drive, towing a boat. Aware that sounds bizarre but if your a fisherman this location is paradise. Much appreciated to hosts. Lee"
