"The hotel is very grand with old-fashioned furniture which is a little faded, but I quite liked it. Plenty of facilities, although the Spa is extra and I didn't opt for it. "Reception staff is good. All need to focus on Dinning / Food service staff. Dinning staff 80 percent is not welcoming and not looking that people eating they grab plates. We on half board and check for evening snack if available, they told it’s free but later come and charge us. All it’s about if we ask let us know need to pay or not. Rest amazing property. Thanks"
