This two-bedroom, single-storey property is located less than 500 metres from Teignmouth Beach. The open-plan nature of the holiday home means that socialising will be easy and you can spend time out on the balcony and enjoy the far-reaching views with a drink in hand. The property is cosy, yet beautifully furnished with all the home comforts you could desire on holiday. The living room features a Smart TV and a corner sofa, positioned to take in the views across the town and when standing in the kitchen, you have glimpses out to sea. Within the living area is the dining table with chairs, leading into the compact kitchen with everything needed to cater to your group whilst in South Devon. The double and twin bedrooms and the shower room are located at the rear of the living room. Both bedrooms feature TVs. There is also a balcony with outdoor dining furniture that can be reached through the sliding doors in the living room; this is a great place to sit back and enjoy the afternoon sunshine. Teignmouth is a traditional seaside resort boasting a beautiful long sandy beach, a pier and a great variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. The beach is dog friendly all year and the water is clean and safe for bathing. The museum in town is award winning and there’s a theatre that puts on live performances as well as doubling up as a cinema. If you want to head out of town for excitement, Paignton Zoo with its wide assortments of wildlife is 14 miles away and Woodlands Theme Park is 22 miles distant.
