"Great experience from start to finish. The owner was so kind and helpful. The boat is clean and as advertised. Owner met us on arrival and gave instructions on using the golf cart and the houseboat. If you know anything about downtown Knoxville and parking, you know how useful that golf cart was. Highly recommend the experience. Will definitely book again."

"We absolutely loved the place! It was so peaceful and tranquil! My wife and i enjoyed it very much! Feeding the fish and the turtles was one of my favorites! I would encourage anyone who is looking for a getaway on the water to give it a try. Also being able to walk out of your living room and step on to your boat is a major plus. The house was very clean and we had no issues at all. Over all i would give it 5 out of 5 stars. We have already booked our next trip!"

"Ok so I hate not ever giving 5 stars but I have to be honest for future travelers because I wish I had known a few things before the stay. Positives: Inside area aside from bathroom was clean. Coffee was provided as well as some snacks. Loved the option to have the indoor fireplace. Kayaks were a huge plus! Lake was beautiful. Upper balcony with sectional was nice as well as option to watch tv in bed. Negatives: pictures did not give the impression that we would be inside a large public dock...

"The space was plenty for our family of 5. The kids loved the slide and the paddle board was enjoyable. The beds were comfy and the ac window units kept it cool. The only thing i wish it had was ice trays. Loved our stay and will definitely be back"
