"I must say that this hotel is definitely not a 5 star category. There is no air-conditioning in the lobby or the lifts. the staff were rude and not friendly at all. My partner and I wanted to see if we could arrange our wedding there and we were told the events manager will come and see us and never did at all. The rooms are dated and in need of updating. "No se la recomiendo a nadie, pagué cinco habitaciones por el mismo precio y nos dieron tres muy pequeñas con el lavabo casi encima de la cama, no teníamos colchón en las camas , era una colchoneta muy fina encima de una base. El trato horrible, en la recepción y en el Spa, en vez de relajarnos parecía que ibamos a entrar a un aeropuerto por TSA, unas medidas exageradas para entrar a un Spa, una locura."

"Our stay was the third this year at an Ohtels hotel , it was overall a very enjoyable stay, the room was very spacious and the view was 1st class, my only criticism being the pool area not opening until 11am, also the dining room not opening until 8pm, other than that couldn't fault it, "
