"This property was fantastic! It was just around the corner from Moody Gardens for a cheer event and just around the corner from the beach. Lots of room for hosting a large family with privacy for sleeping arrangements. Host was easy to connect with. Clean and well stocked with exactly what we needed. We hope to return again some time. "The home was quite spacious and featured a variety of entertainment options, including arcade games, a poker table, a pool table, and a ping pong table, along with several lounging areas. There was ample parking space for over 10 vehicles. The detached apartment in the back was a nice feature, as it allowed for remote work without disturbing others. "We came to attend the Quilt Festival at the Convention Center and found this to be a reasonable distance to Uber/Lyft back and forth each day. It was clean, comfortable and had many amenities making it a nice place to go back to at the end of each day. We went shopping and cooked most meals in the well supplied kitchen. Definitely recommend and will hopefully be back again next year. "

"Easy access to the beach and nice decks and below deck patio. I wish we could have had a few more towels for 6 people. You may want to bring a few extra from home. Great house!"

"Stayed a weekend with a large group of family. Overall the home was nice but definitely a little dated. Boards on the back deck area and near the pool would noticeably sink in while standing on them. The pool was OK, definitely aged and not very clean. Lots of empty beer/drink cans around outside of pool. Unfortunately upon check-in the home had not been cleaned. Most beds were dirty and all bathrooms had used towels thrown on the floor. "We had a wonderful night staying at this house before our cruise. Everything in the house was as advertised on the listing. The house was perfect for our group. The kids all loved the game room and that was nice to have something to keep them entertained. The host was extremely quick with responses to questions and communication in general. I would highly recommend this listing to any large group. "

"I stayed at this hotel for the Texans football game. Not only was the hotel one of the nicest hotels ive stayed in, but the staff was amazing as well. There was also a shuttle to take us to the stadium. My experience here was remarkable."
