"This place is not clean at all. Walked into our non smoking room, and all my family could smell was cigarette. The beds and pillows were stained. Also found hairs all over the beds along with bed bugs. Over all a very unpleasant experience. Checked out of that place as soon as possible. I would advise not to stay at this place. "

"Well maintained property with exceptionally pleasant staff. Breakfast was wonderful, with an on-staff omelette chef cooking to order. I had booked 4 nights, but owing to an airline delay arrived the second morning. I fully expected to pay the contracted 4 nights, but instead they checked me in early and charged for only 3!
I will certainly stay at this hotel on future visits to Lubbock. I believe the expression is "Wreck 'em!"

"Four of us stayed at the Brick Road Retreat for a freshman orientation. Location is great. Three bedrooms were perfect for us. House is just as advertised - very cute renovation done well. Amanda communicated well and house was easy to access and close up. We’ll stay here again for sure!"
