"We chose the penthouse, because I felt like a penthouse would be good. It wasn’t. We flew late at night from the US only to learn that the penthouse was on the 5th floor and they didn’t have an elevator. This made it impossible to stop by quickly at the hotel to get a hat or quickly change a shirt. We didn’t stay. We left the same night and went and stayed at their sister property with an elevator. From what I could see, the penthouse terrace was nice but I wasn’t about to do stairs the whole...

"The hotel itself was fine, it just doesn’t have a noise policy and is in a very popular part of town so other guests were very loud until very late in the night. The room was comfortable and had hot water in the bathroom which was so nice. Good walking distance from many popular locations."

"Upon entering the room we were impressed by the blue led lighting strips. It gave us the sense that we were going into a room of the future. However, they have enough other lights that we were able to read without any effort. (I don't really like hotels that are mood-lit and never able to make bright enough to read anywhere). The bath tub was wonderful. It is so great to sit and soak after a great trek."

"The overall experience I had at this hotel is very positive! I was first given an upgrade to a suite, which the room is very big, clean and comfortable! Their wifi is great and stable too! The breakfast was great with a great variety of selections. Most importantly, the staffs have all been friendly, helpful and very professional addressing my requests. They are also able to help you book customised tour trips around Kathmandu. I will highly recommend this hotel to others!"
