"Wonderful spa stay for my partner’s birthday, the staff were AMAZING; really friendly, attentive and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. They’re a genuine credit to the company. Restaurant evening menu was excellent and very well compiled, the bar was convivial and again, excellent comfort food. We each opted for the wellbeing massage in the spa and it was money well spent, we both left feeling very relaxed. There’s no room service, but given the layout of the hotel (a lot of walking between rooms and kitchen / restaurant) entirely understandable. We will definitely return here. A great stay in very comfortable surroundings. Thank you so much for a terrific weekend!"

"This is a great hotel, modern with comfortable and spacious rooms. Unfortunately on this occasion I had an issue with the heating in the room. The controls showed an error message and the heating wouldn't work. I reported to reception and they sent someone to look at it immediately. It couldn't be fixed so I was offered an alternative room but the maintenance guy said I could have a portable heater which he brought up and that was fine. These things happen and the problem was dealt with quickly so I was very happy with the service."

"Loved the look and feel of the hotel, Christmas decs were fantastic. The huge well kept fish tanks were a hit with adults and kids alike. The food was amazing. Only wish we’d had time to use the facilities like the pool and hot tub. Will stay here again if in the area."
