"Wonderful spa stay for my partner’s birthday, the staff were AMAZING; really friendly, attentive and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. They’re a genuine credit to the company. Restaurant evening menu was excellent and very well compiled, the bar was convivial and again, excellent comfort food. We each opted for the wellbeing massage in the spa and it was money well spent, we both left feeling very relaxed. There’s no room service, but given the layout of the hotel (a lot of walking between rooms and kitchen / restaurant) entirely understandable. We will definitely return here. A great stay in very comfortable surroundings. Thank you so much for a terrific weekend!"

"We had a fabulous stay at Malmaison. The staff and service was really good and the decor and ambiance of the place is perfect . The authenticity and decor is fantastic and its location is perfect. We loved the little museum show cell , which showed how the cells were originally. A nice little touch. We also ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious. . "

"Second time we stay at the Randolph. Mahesh in the front desk was wonderful. Very professional and helpful. The first night there was an issue with the water temperatura and pressure but the engineering department worked very fast to fix it. My thanks to engineering, it is a team you rarely see, but it is a very important department, especially in an older hotel such as the Randolph. "
