"Stayed here on Mar 28-31, 2024. This unit including its furniture are dated. The front balcony looked messy when we checked in - tarps on the balcony floor un-tied, chairs all over the place. The inside of kitchen cabinets did not look clean. The cleaning crew could do better. A black mattress or top of some sort stored in the corner of the room with open look to living room. It cut into the space and made you feel like you are staying in a unit that’s is the middle of being renovated. One...

"Just letting you know that we couldn't access through the front door. Keypad not working, used the garage every time. Even after contacting you about the internet we still couldn't access it so we went the entire time without. Realized not much to do at this time of year. In between seasonal activities. That's our fault. Nice location to the villiage and Collingwood. Maybe leave brochures for customers on what you can do in the area."

"Enjoyed our short stay at this property. Met our needs and expectations. Very clean. One concern was 2 areas that did not meet a wheelchair requirement: (1) no ramp from parking lot to sidewalk up to building, and (2) main floor bathroom door not wide enough for wheelchair to enter. We had to be very creative to conquer these 2 areas. Otherwise, lovely place to stay."

"My family and I had a great time. The place was clean and as per the photos posted. It was nice to have the grill available just off the dining are/ kitchen. Fulvio was very responsive and was able to answer some of my questions. He let us check in a bit earlier which I appreciated. The only notes I have is for a larger cutting board and to add more balls to the foosball table. But the Pac Man arcade game was great. My kids loved playing it. Thanks for a great stay!"

"The place is nice and clean, however the 2nd floor shower has very little water pressure if you use the hot water, so my husband ended up showering with cold water. But overall it was a really good stay. "

"We enjoyed our time at this townhouse. We were a group of 7 and there was plenty of room for everyone. We really appreciated the free shuttle bus that picked us up directly at the front door and took us to the Village (and back home). This was very convenient! Overall, the place was cozy and well kept. My only downsides were the cleanliness upon arrival - while it was clear that the unit was cleaned, we found many hairs in the bathroom (floor, tub and shower). Additionally, the shower...

"Stayed for one night, with friends. The beds were very clean and comfortable, the place was clean, tidy, and quiet, and it was exactly as advertised. We didn't cook, but easily could have as the kitchen was well stocked. The location was excellent. We wished we were staying longer! The only negative was that there was some visible dust adhering to some spots on the walls but this was very, very minor. One suggestion - perhaps provide a Keurig machine with a couple coffee/tea pods. Would...

"The townhouse is conveniently located to blue mountain village. This home is spacious and provides the necessities. We encountered a problem at check in which was quickly dealt with by Kristy. Would stay again if we revisited the area. "

"We had a great time at this centrally located property in Blue Mountain. Poor communication from VRBO for checking but host was able to support us. A guest book would help at the property about where things are and what needs to be done for checkout rather then looking up in VRBO. Overall a great stay. Thanks so much"

"Spacious, true to photos, kitchen is stocked with pots/pans and 25 wine openers in case you forgot one! :) Hot tub was perfect and I imagine in the winter, this place would be amazing for skiers. We stayed for 4 nights in October and there is nothing we would change. Thinking of staying same time next year!"
