There is a private terrace with table and chairs just off the living room which is a nice spot to enjoy the sunshine. "So much around this area as far as restaurants, pubs and the business district. The place was clean and the space was huge. Our host was very responsive and it was easy checking in. The weekend was a bit noisy for the front bedroom that faced the street as there are some very busy restaurant/bar establishments below the unit and across the street. The back bedrooms were quieter. Would highly recommend this place, just take ear plugs for weekend visits."

"Location is perfectly central to the party district, was perfect being able to head back to the room between locations to change or shower or whatever else, room was clean and stocked, no complaints"

"My wife and I came up to stay between Christmas and new years for some Old Quebec City magic. My son ended up tagging along and so we stayed and utilized the apartment for three nights. Ivan was super helpful and prompt with responses. We had a low battery on the door lock and he took care of it quick so we didn't have to worry while being out. The neighborhood is very Quebec. Narrow, somewhat quiet street on the edge of some fun neighborhoods. We Ubered everywhere and paid 13CAD at most...
