"We stayed close to Heathrow for an early flight. Perfect for us family of four. Comes with secure parking which was a massive plus. Kitchen well equipped for a long stay. Everything was clean. Beds were not the comfiest. But was ok for a night. "
"We had moved from the Kew Gardens hotel after a dreadful experience, the staff at The
Premier were so helpful and made our trip so much better.
I wish I had booked with them in the first place "

10/10 Excellent
"Location is great! There are lots of good restaurants nearby and it’s very close to several tube stations which makes transportation easy. Felt very safe with the fire brigade and police station down the street. However, it could get a tad loud with sirens throughout the night. Additionally, if you’re a light sleeper you might wake up when your neighbours above come in late at night. The walls a pretty thin. The toilet didn’t always flush properly in the room we were in and there was no air conditioning but the beds were very comfortable. Staff was helpful and kept the place very clean. We mostly just used the room for sleeping so it turned out to be a pretty good stay. "
"We had a wonderful stay, The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was perfect but what truly made our experience special was the warm and helpful service from Goksel Ucak at reception. He went above and beyond to assust us throughout ourbstay, making us feel truly welcomen Thank you Goksel, for your kidness and professionalism- because of you, we would definitely return this hotel."
"Their check in process is so easy! You can do it yourself through self-service machines they have in the lobby. If you get stuck, the personnel is prompt and kind to offer assistance.
The location is amazing with public transportation right in front of the hotel.
The food was pretty good and not outrageously pricy for a hotel.
