"House is lovely but a little tired in some areas and outside needs some tlc. Gardens are a mess. Vacuum cleaner doesnt suck and straw broom has seen better days and we couldnt sweep with it. Disappointed there was no doona covers on the beds. Neighbour over back fence is a winger as she said my dog howled when we left, however we left and stopped up the road and listened numerous times and there was no howling. We enjoyed our stay and there was plenty of room inside the house. Yard is very...

"Loved the separate area with the king bed and ensuite, decor, location, accessibility to beach. Good service from property mgmt when I had a query. The only item is a door missing on the laundry/second bathroom area to get changed as the configuration of the 2nd bathroom doesn't easily allow for getting changed on a wet shower area. Would stay here again."

"Great location in between town and pippies beach. The unit is very basic but functional. Had a top loader washing machine, no dishwasher, only one air conditioner at the front of the property so the bedrooms were hot! Shower is in the laundry which is fine. Main issue was the toilet smelt like a rank men’s public toilet despite every effort to clean it. Had to keep the door shut at all times. Needs to be fixed!"

"The house is beginning to show its age. Although it was comfortable there was still a number of issues that were relayed to the estate agent. eg Scalding hot water, failure of air conditioning, leaking washing machine, and kitchen mixer tap broke off in my hand. The estate agent was right on to everything. It was walking distance of Yamba Fair shopping centre."

"We have wanted to stay in Yamba for years so this was fantastic. The Cove Yamba is in a fabulous location right near Main Beach and easy walking into town. The garden setting is lovely and loved the swimming pool which we used as it was quite windy during our visit. Good to have essentials like washing powder, shampoo, conditioner, tea bags / coffee and milk. We walked, & drove, all around town discovering Yamba. We had a delicious seafood dinner at the Bowling Club one night and another tasty...
