"We found it a great place to stay."

"We had such a great stay! I brought my two nieces along for the Katy Perry concert and the property was absolutely perfect for us. The complimentary cheese board was a lovely touch — we really appreciated it. The pool was amazing and such a great way to unwind, and the cold plunge baths were a surprising highlight — so refreshing! I also loved the thoughtful design of the lifts, with separate ones for lower and upper levels — very convenient. When I got caught without a room key, the reception team were friendly and helpful, and quickly sorted a replacement so I could get back up to the room. The room itself was spotless and had everything we needed — thank you! We also really enjoyed the bar downstairs — spacious, welcoming, and the perfect spot to relax with a drink. We had a bite to eat there before the concert and it was both quick and delicious. The only small hiccup was that check-in took a bit longer than expected, but overall, our stay was fantastic. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!"

"We stayed only one night - it was wet and had to find our way to our room 7221 in the wet and dark. Around the outside of the shower needed a good clean - bed was comfortable but we needed to phone reception to get a remote for the tv which wasn’t left on our room. "
