"Great location for attending the Dickens festival. Easy to find. Beautiful Christmas tree. Space was great for our family of 6."

"Excellent check in and check out process. All our family loves the house. The table tennis was great to play each other and with our kids. We got quick help from the people in the basement. It was great if there was a bigger tv for family movie night. Everything is a kind of old. Overall, we had a great family time. "

"My extended family including grandkids needed a place to stay during a futsal (indoor soccer) tournament in Franklin. There were 5 adults and 4 children ages 7-12. The house was perfect for us because there were plenty of beds and space. The kids loved their rooms and the pool table. The house is secluded on beautiful land in a secluded locatoin, but it is close to Franklin and Spring Hill. The cabin is beautiful and we would recommend it to anyone who needs to stay in the area."

The property was spotless, comforting, and welcoming. So much room for all of us! The location can’t be beat as it is within walking distance of historic Franklin with shops and restaurants. "

"We stopped here for a couple nights on our way to Florida. The property was just as described. Had some rainy weather while we were here, so loved the pool table and great selection of board games. Short walk to park, downtown, shops and restaurants. Had everything we needed. Very cute, clean and cozy."

"Very cozy space. Was warm and well lit up on our late arrival. Host even had the dual controlled heated blanket turned on for us. Only bathroom is in guest room and it's tiny and kitchen is small, but otherwise we had enough room. Fenced back yard for our two puppies was spacious and convenient. Host was always available and was very accommodating for our 12:00 departure.. "
