"장점: 직원 분들이 엄청 친절하다. 무료 프로그램이 많다. 키즈 쿠킹 프로그램과 요가 프로그램을 들었는데 무료임에도 매우 만족스러웠다. 자전거 대여도 무료로 잘 이용했다. 숙소가 깨끗하다. 조식은 종류는 많지 않으나 괜찮다. 단점: 여행기간 동안 바람이 많이 불고 흐려서 온천, 메인풀, 바다관련 프로그램을 하지 않아서 이용하지 못했다. 숙소 풀장도 물이 차가워 수영을 거의 하지 못했다. 풀장 물이 조금이라도 따뜻했더라면 하는 아쉬움이 있다."

"This is quite a new hotel. We had quite a large room with a water view. However, the building is not as soundproof as you would expect. First night quite loud music and could hear a baby crying. The finishing in the rooms was a bit lacking for a hotel claiming it is 5 star. Also,we didn’t like that there was about a 1 inch drop from the bathroom floor to the shower and toilet…could be quite easy to slip or trip going to the toilet at night. The breakfast buffet and the price were good."
