"On arrival at the hotel, we were greeted warmly, given information about our stay and the Winter Garden for coffee etc. The room, whilst compact, was comfortable, and cleaned daily, bed turned and even though advised about not refreshing towels, was also done daily. "The location was good. There was a bus stop near by. We were given free bus tickets and discount on entries to areas in the city. The only problem was the lack of air-conditioning. However we were given two fans. The breakfast was good. The other problem was that the hotel desk closes at 9 pm. You need to tell them in advance if you're arriving late."

"Lesson learned - Don't book a stay with a property that doesn't have a single person on-site or on-call to help. By the time we arrived our check-in email from the Guesthouse still had not arrived in our email inbox. This email is the only way in to your room, as it holds the lockbox code which holds your key.
