"Overall the apartment itself is great, with some really nice character. However, The communication was bad: the phone number didn’t work, you couldn’t email them. Check in was lucky that the receptionist was there. Even then a phone number wasn’t given (the reception wasn’t occupied 24/7, and there were things we needed).
