Learn more about Tincup

This former mining town invites you to explore its well-preserved ghost town buildings and cemetery dating back to the 1800s. Outdoor enthusiasts can fish in nearby Mirror Lake or hike surrounding trails within the San Isabel National Forest.

We rented a jeep in Salida to head up to Tin Cup and Mirror Lake. We were met with amazing views, tons of wildlife, charming ghost towns and the ride of our life. Took us 7 hours in a jeep and it was one rocky ride!
