"What a loveley place to stay. We were upgraded to a suite which was a real treat, the bed was enormous and so comfy we slept really well. After exploring the city all day on foot a hot soak in the jacuzzi bath was perfect. Every body was welcoming, breakfast had a good choice well cooked and presented. We ate in the top floor bar our first night and the food was excellent and not expensive at all. "

For example, I had problems with wifi because I had to work, they came directly up to the room and helped me solve the problem. The staff in all functions were equally nice and helpful. Great rooms. "Excellent service. It shows they have a rigorous training program. The rooms are clean. The furniture in the room is dated, not really 5 star material, but it doesn’t matter much when you receive such excellent service. Highly recommend it!"
