"The apartment is clean and well organized, and in a great location for adventure in the Dolomites. Great to have parking on-site, and a lovely view!One note—different from other VRBO in Italy, you need to provide your ID ahead of time. Apparently this is something regional. "

"We stayed at the Laugen Lodge with Thomas for a week in September, and we enjoyed our stay very much. The all-wooden Lodge is super comfortable, and is located in a large garden with private sauna and natural pool. Thomas was extremely welcoming, and caring. He even gave us some polenta from his own grown corn, milled by himself, with a sumptuous polenta recipe. Wholeheartedly recommended!"

"The apartment was perfect for the four of us! It had everything we needed. We had never skied Seiser Alm on the Kastelruth side it was awesome!! Free parking, and not as stressful as Sankt Ulrich! We will definitely ski there again!! Checking in was super easy, although we got there late in the evening (which I would not recommend it’s good to go to the first time in the daylight we had a little trouble finding it in the dark. "I really wanted to give this hotel 5 stars but felt it wouldn’t be fair. Here is a detailed review: hotel reception and facilities all get 5 stars. The restaurant has good selection of food options and quality is high but they charge 4.5 euros for tap water so 4 stars for the restaurant. I understand that this happens in Austria but in such up market hotel I expected better. They were generous with fruits and we found apple everywhere. The cafe was brilliant after ski. Peter who served us twice was fantastic. We ordered ham and cheese toast and beer and it was amazing. He is friendly and helpful. 5 stars go to the cafe for sure. Spa was amazing and choices of saunas and swimming pools and also sauna program by Rita was amazing so 5 stars there. They also have nibbles at the spa which is great. We didn’t try the massage service but prices seemed reasonable. The ski hire and storage were well organized and super convenient so definitely 5 stars. Sheki at ski hire was super knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms were also good and comfortable but one issue and that is what super hot. So it gets 4 stars. Room cleaning was prompt and amazing and two issues we had was fixed immediately so 5 stars there. Overall a pleasant hotel which we loved and enjoyed our time"

"We found the location to be ideal and convenient for the Aldstadt. The hotel is superbly placed and in easy reach of the main railway. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delightful in range and quality with as many double espressos as we could handle! The spa was of excellent quality with great ease of use being on a booking system."

"Our stay was delightful, definitely we would come back again. The hotel is amazing, is clean, the breakfast has a lot of options, and if you are travelling early they will prepare your breakfast for take away. The rooms are very comfortable, the views are amazing to the mountains. Is a hotel perfect for couples, families, solo travelers. Is close to many places of interest like restaurants , the city center, coffee shops, shops, and the cable car. Easy to find from the train station. Looking forward to come again ☺️"
