"Booked two rooms to accommodate our party of four. My room was good with comfortable beds and pillows. Air conditioner in June worked well in our room but not as well in our second room. Bathroom was clean though shower area was a little small. Had to have sink faucet replaced but staff was quick on the repair. Lobby was clean. Staff/guard were always attentive. "I didn't like that the hotel desk clerk totally ignored me when I checked in (I am American and the one who paid for my room and my guest's (who was indonesian) room and did all her conversing with him. I even asked her if she spoke English and she replied that she could. She even had my guest sign the check in form which was in MY name. She needs to be taught that the payor of the rooms is the one who needs to be addressed. "
