Espectacular vista desde el balcón. La gente en el front desk es muy amable. Se mencionaba que había un mueble con llave y ahí estaba, pero no tenía la llave. "I was on the 1st floor so I can't say how it was for the apartments above me but my place was noisy. There was a parking lot below me & sporadic noises from the plumbing, sometimes I thought someone was knocking on my door. There's also a bar/club across the street that gets loud & that's no fault of the complex. I thought there was a security safe in my room per the wording I saw when I booked the place but I guess they were saying the place was safe. My sliding glass door to my patio did not...

"only one chair in the room for 2 people. The room was not cleaned the whole time we stayed there, no change of towels (they are very strict on 2 per room and no more) etc. otherwise clean, comfortable bed, and we felt very safe. With fan on, traffic noise was muted. Overall not worth the price. A friend stayed at the Barcelo a few blocks away for 9 nights for the same price we paid for 4. Lesson learned."

"Best part of this hotel was easily the location. Really central to a lot of great spots in Roma and Condesa that were either walkable or an easy Uber. The room itself was quite spacious and we loved the floor to ceiling windows that provided a great view of the city. Biggest con was the overall cleaniness could've been improved. The bathroom in particular needed more of a remodel than a deep clean as some of the tiling and caulking was moldy, trash bin was dirty and bent, and our bathroom sink...
