"Staff was super friendly and helpful. The unit was huge compared to the places I have usually stayed at in Tokyo. It was also very clean and had everything you need including a Kitchen and Laundry machine. The laundry machine washes and dries so you do not have to worry about coming back to the machine to dry your clothes!! It is located close to the Tsukiji Market. It is very convenient. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Tokyo!"

"Spacious room and had everything we needed. We stayed in the Pokémon room with bunk beds which our son loved. Location is an easy walk to the main Ginza shopping area and train station and located in a quiet street. "We would highly recommend this hotel to all travelers, especially to families! We traveled as a family of 5, having booked 2 rooms. Our children (ages 7 and 5) really enjoyed the bunk beds. The rooms are spacious, with a laundry/drying machine in each unit. They also provide the detergent for the laundry to use as well. The unit and bathroom are very clean. "Excellent place to stay . Larger than normal rooms for Tokyo. Very modern with an excellent restaurant on the ground floor for all meals. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
