"The Hotel Gracery is a great hotel I'd recommend anyone stay at! About a 10 minute walk from Shinjuku Station, so is very close to the train. There are also police officers on the street level, so I would not worry about anything sketchy in the area. The rooms, while a bit small, are very clean, do not let in any light (despite being so close to the large billboards) and the rooms are very quiet at night as well.
