Being this was my families first visit to Tokyo and staying at Hilton, we weren’t disappointed at all. When first arriving we were greeted with a Hilton worker who helped carry our baggage and also checking into our room. We were gifted with champagne and Sake as well as kid friendly snacks and beverages. Given two room keys and the option to download the Hilton app so that we are updated on restaurants menus, events and much more. My husband enjoyed the AI feature connected to his phone where he had access to our room and elevator. We selected the room with a city view and 2 queen beds but was upgraded being a Hilton Gold member to an even bigger and better room. Every morning we ate breakfast at the Seascape restaurant that offers a selection of food drinks. They also have special perks for Hilton Gold and Diamond members that we appreciated. The Captain Bar has a selection of high quality whisker and they too also discount Hilton members. One night my husband and I decided to dine at Grillogy Bar and Grill for dinner. We enjoyed every single dish. From the entree to the dessert. Lamb Chops were cooked to perfection and some of the best mushroom soup I’ve ever eaten The workers customer service was excellent and room service was great as well. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and also come back ourselves on another visit.
Last thing our kids enjoyed the pool and sauna area as well.
