Had no complaints .. they did charge me a service tax fee when we we arrived it wasn’t much maybe 2 bucks. Combi is close by and if you walk a little father from the bridge close to the train station conbini there’s a tempura sit in place.. soba noodles and udon noodles are good !! . Hotel Gracery Shinjuku
Room was on the smaller size but it was well kept. Very convenient location to entertainment, shopping, train stations. Shinjuku night life is somewhat wild I wouldn’t recommend bringing children.

Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main
Most of the staff was nice and helpful to us. I forgot one of their names but he was great and helped us out with our luggage transfer! Heard some noises from people next to us a few times but overall it was a quick and comfortable stay.
