"The Cob House is a true escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, an exemplary example of just how little we need to be happy. The host and all the animals about were incredibly welcoming. Couldn't have asked for a better break from work, the close small towns offer charm and welcoming locals and if you are up for chasing waterfalls, there are so many in driving distance though some might require a decent trek. 100% recommend! "We had a beautiful week surrounded by gorgeous countryside and mountains. The house was very comfortable for our family of 5 with the bonus of a clean beautiful pool to swim in. The hosts were very friendly with our children showing them how to feed a calf and collect chicken eggs. They were great hosts"

"Our stay at the Simple Patch was wonderful. Everything about the cottage is so considered, from the huge comfy bed, to the picturesque windows, and the convenience of a well-appointed kitchen. the cottage was private and comfortable, but we loved having the opportunity to bring our young daughter down to the homestead to meet the pony and feed the chickens - a great experience that added to our stay. The location is a very short drive from Wingham town centre, so we got to enjoy the quiet of the country with the convenience of being close to shops, etc. Cannot recommend highly enough! "

"It was exactly what we needed, has been very busy at home and the location was perfect and tiny home was very cosy, only thing I would mention was the pillows weren't very comfortable and the wood for fire pit was too wet to light, however it had been raining for days so its understandable, "
