When I accidentally left my necklace behind, the staff went above and beyond to ensure its safe return—sending it to my next hotel in Shanghai **the very next day**! Their honesty, efficiency, and kindness reflect the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Highly recommend this hotel for its **prime location, pristine rooms, and thoughtful service**. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Suzhou!

Overall, I had a lovely stay at Jin Jiang Tower. The location was excellent, close to great food, shops and metro line. The hotel staff were very helpful, and the room was clean, though a little dated.
