"Very good for its low price. It is a simple hotel with complementary coffee and snacks in the lobby. Also, it is reasonably centrally located, a nice plus. As with many places in Hualien, a taxi is necessary at times, but we had no difficulty using Line to call one from the hotel. "

"Nice hotel, you can tell hotel really took care of some of the details. If offers bath tub (with relaxing salt), steam bath (with levender smell therapy). However restaurant was not up to to the standards, breakfast was soso, dinner buffet ($1000ntd) was good at all. During dinner we saw some debris that was left at the plate area from breakfast, meaning they didn't do a thorough clean after breakfast? And no soft drinks for it's buffet which was rare as well. "

"I liked how it was very tranquil. The evening concierge was very knowledgeable and helpful when I told her I wanted to see the sunrise. She arranged everything with an external contractor. If you’re also arriving late, they have restaurants that can come and transport guests to and back to hotel - especially when the roads are dark and winding at night. "

"The location can be difficult to find. DO NOT rely solely on Google Maps, as it will give you an unrelated place some distance away from the actual location. Upon reserving a room, the proprietor reached out to provide his Line contact, as well as geo coordinates that you can then plug into Google Maps. The condition of the room was good, relative to the location it's in. The location is quite rural and tucked in nature, so there are lots of critters as a result. However, that didn't take away...
