"Headed to Italy for some summer skiing on the Cervinia glacier. This was further away than I thought it would be, but not too far. Accomodations were simple and solid. Breakfast was good. Hosts were great. There is absolutely nothing negative to say here. It's not fancy, but for a moderate cost alpine hotel, it was exactly what we needed and expected. Definitely recommend."

"WOW, I absolutely loved my stay in this hotel! I travelled alone, but the whole staff made me feel so welcome and relaxed. The two daughters (around my age) were really helpful, regarding practical 'stuff'; and I really appreciated their enthusiasm and support regarding me climbing the Gran Paradiso summit! The view was incredible; there’s nothing like waking up to that scenery and enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony. The only complaint I had was with the beds, they didn’t quite meet 4-star standards."

The views from our room were amazing, and the heavens gave us a spectacular lightshow - brilliant stars early, and then a fast-moving thunderstorm later.
