"Great for a short stay to visit the Bük bath next by. Good selection of restaurants close by and parking in front of the door. Check in was seemless and rooms are pretty big. We even received a room upgrade. Breakfast was OK, but nothing special. "

"One of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed. Historic building remodeled to perfection. Amazing breakfast. Perfect location about 20 steps from historical Jurisics castle. I can't recommend this hotel enough. Great and friendly staff."

"First time in Hungary on business and room was comfortable and spacious. The room was clean, and the staff was the best most of all. They made us feel welcome and very accommodating at reception and at the restaurant. The restaurant had great food and desserts!! Just a wonderful group of people. It made my stay so much more memorable."

"This property doesn't look like much from the outside, but the things that mattered were great, better than my ratings might indicate. The room was naturally cool (it was hot outside), it had a working refrigerator, and a comfortable bed, and a comfortable couch to sit on, very rare in my experience. The manager, a young Japanese fellow, was extremely helpful and accommodating. He provided me with change for the parking, and good recommendations for food and sites. I can recommend it as a...

"Super Hotel, vorallem die große (ehemalige Tennis-)Halle mit vielen Möglichkeiten für Babies und Kinder zum Spielen (Bällebad, Hupfburg, Klettergerüst, Arcade-Spiele, Trampolin, ...). Unterirdischer Gang zur Therme. Hotel und Spiele-Halle ist sehr sauber gehalten, im Zimmer gibt es auf Wunsch alle nötigen Utensilien (Wasserkocher, Babyflaschen-Wärmer, ...) für Babies. "Our stay in the hotel was very pleasant, reception staff polite, ready to help. Room clean but not everyday service. Excellent food. really excellent. Nice spa. The problem in the room was not tightly fitted door, that is why there was noise and cold by wind and rain. The room was changed."

"Misleading advertisement that showed there was a desk in the room (we reserved 4 rooms). We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold."

"This is an ok hotel. The beds are comfortable, the shower good, everywhere is clean. The rooms have balconies, which is a nice addition, and you can really feel 'at one' with the forest.It was so very hot! I got the 3rd degree at check in becase I had travel visas from 5 years ago in my passport, which really ruined my experience. The food was awful. The restaurant closed before its advertised time, even though I had paid for dinner and availability had been checked in advance. There was nothing left at the buffet - not even bread. There was no a la carte option. Breakfast was much better, but all 3 coffee machines broke, the juice machine pumped water with a squirt of coloured luquid, and fruit was - in part - mouldy. Bread, cheese and tomatoes were good as were some very nice warm pastries. There were hot options, but I didn't try these. Overall, not terrible, but certainly not the best hotel I have stayed at."
