"Officially the quietest hotel we've ever stayed in - once in our rooms we literally heard nothing from outside it. The room was nice, clean etc. We were there for 4 days and no one came to clean which was unexpected but equally not really an issue. Staff were all friendly. Location was ok for us as we like walking but it is quite a distance from anywhere. No restaurants nearby, we got caught out one evening when we returned back late from watching the Ice Hockey and couldn't find anywhere to get...

"The hotel is beautifully decorated and provides a warm welcome. A welcome drink was provided at the bar and our room upgraded. The bed was super comfy with the loveliest bedding I have ever experienced. Bathroom amenities provided, robes, slippers & coffee machine came with our room. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice. The hotel is walkable to the centre and transport. "

"Very well located hotel, just 20 mins from the airport to one of the main train stations. 20 mins walk from the centre but well connected by tram, train and metro."

"The hotel is out of the centre but close to the D tram which cross connects with other routes to go just about anywhere you might want to go. We enjoyed our initial stay and when our flight home was cancelled we were quite happy to stay on a day longer. The hotel is big enough to have good facilities but small enough to be friendly and caring. "

"When we arrived the check-in process was smooth. However when we arrived to the room it was far from clean. Nightstand had a coffee stain on it and floors were very dusty. Called down to the front desk said they would send someone to clean, so we waited and nobody showed up after 30mins. We were hungry so we stopped by the front desk to ask our way out the door.
