"We enjoyed a lovely stay. The staff were all fantastic, the breakfast was lovely with lots of choice, the evening meals were also delicious. The spa is nice, shame that some guests don’t read the rules to allow others to enjoy the place (maybe they should be put up outside the spa entrance). The room was beautiful with lovely bedding. Location for us was great too, just outside but a very short way to the centre. Can’t fault anything. We’d definitely come back. "

"We got welcomed with a drink, the people at the front desk were nice, everyone explained everything about the hotel and they helped us in anything we needed. the only bad thing is that the heating system is all connected and we had to requested for them to turn it off as it was extremely hot and we couldn't turn it down not even a bit. other than that it was great. The bartenders at the restaurant were very nice and kept us entertained most of the days. Definitely a good experience "
