"Enjoyed the location close to the Museum Quarter. We parked our car in the MQ garage about a 15 minute walk from hotel. It was about a 10 minute walk to the Ringstrasse. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delightful. Room is small and sink was in the room instead of bathroom. Street noise is loud so had to keep windows closed at night. "

"I had a problem when arriving because i didn’t know there is no street beside the hotel and i had to call them few minutes before arrival to arrange for the luggage porter to be there, besid that my stay was excellent, the room 👍👍👍, the check in and out was fast, restaurant great, friendly and helpful staff most of all the location opposite st sephan cathedral and in the core of the center,in my next visit to vienna i will surely pick the same place. "Great location for visiting Vienna-short walk to the city center, opera, naschmarkt, Hofsburg, etc. The hotel was easy to get into, and the staff were nice upon arrival. The front desk is only staffed during certain hours which makes certain normal operations of a front desk difficult. The A/C in the room was not very functional, and the room never really cooled down. The room didn't have any art or anything but was adequately appointed.
