"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Vienna. The hotel itself was a little more on the dated side but it had the historic vibe rather than just unkept. It's steps away from the major shopping and the St. Stephens Cathedral (beautiful). An abundance of restaurants nearby and very walkable to Opera House, Albertina, and public transportation. The staff were very helpful. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in so we didn't have to store our luggage. Highly recommend. "
"Our stay here was wonderful. The only issue that we had was that the dirty cups were not removed or replaced with clean cups when used. We had to request clean items each time. Other than that a definitely a 5"
