"Very nicely located property. 5-8 minutes to the water. Less than 1 km to train. Very competitive price. Only complaints, as they may be important to some renters. 4th floor walkup is 80 stairs to unit. Could be too much for some. Would've thought there would be instant coffee. Some would want tea. It's not there. Otherwise a great stay. All in all, these are minor issues unless they are deal breakers for you. They weren't for us"

"Took a chance and got lucky with this property! We had two couples that stayed here, so the fact that there were 2 full baths was a huge plus! The apartment was decorated nicely with updated furniture and the bathrooms were also nice. The AC was cold which is a huge plus when it is hot outside and there is even 2 different thermostats for each room. The host greeted us, gave us a tour of the place and had a whole booklet with recommendations for our stay. Location is great, less than a 2 minute...

"The main reason for the good review is the location of this stay. It is perfect and walkable for Como and getting around. The apartment space was nice and very esthetic looking. They also had a nice welcome packet they email you before the stay which was helpful for restaurant recommendations. Reasons we didn’t give all 5 stars: -From the USA and we didn’t know if we would have service to receive the check in code. I asked several times via Expedia for check in information before the trip...

We chose Como over the other Lake towns because we didn’t have a car and there are many things to enjoy in this town. There are trains, buses, and ferries available very close to see the region. "I will admit that i knew this property had no air conditioning. But, booking for the middle of September, I thought that we would be comfortable at night with open windows. HOWEVER, the street noise is very loud and goes all night!! You cannot sleep with the windows open. Save yourself some misery and restless sleep. The apartment is very cute and in a good location and this problem could be easily resolved for the future by adding some air conditioning!"

"With my adult kids we spent 3 days and two nights at Giuseppes house. Its tricky to find but worth it. Great views from the patio and some of the windows to the lake. Nice pizzeria near by as well as a cute cafe for coffees, pastry and gelato. We had a great time amd Giuseppe was a great host and very communicative and responsive. The lake was beautiful. "
