"Everything was perfect about this property. The only down side was a sewer stench coming from the bathroom; however all of the other qualities made it tolerable. The steps were no problem unless maybe you are older or injured. Marco was sweet but did better answering calls rather than texts. The room had a cozy vibe and the bed was so nice, like sleeping on grandma’s sheets. The wood ceiling in our room was beautiful. We could walk easily to everything. The price was a great value. "

"The very first thing I would say is that the location is PERFECT! Central to everything! The bed,pillows and mattress were extremely nice!!! "Yes parking is difficult but once you are parked you don't ever need to move your car as you have direct access to a ferry port and can travel to virtually any town that borders como di lago. "With my adult kids we spent 3 days and two nights at Giuseppes house. Its tricky to find but worth it. Great views from the patio and some of the windows to the lake. Nice pizzeria near by as well as a cute cafe for coffees, pastry and gelato. We had a great time amd Giuseppe was a great host and very communicative and responsive. The lake was beautiful. "
