After a long flight, and having a overnight connection in Toronto, I booked a room at the Fairfield, upon arrival they said they had emailed me(they had not), that they could not accommodate me due to some Government officials staying longer. I had checked in online the day before, before starting my journey, there was no phone call or email made on their part. They put me up in a different hotel at no Extra cost which was nice on their part, on arrival the other hotel tried to bill me for a room that I had already paid for, we hashed it out that I had already paid and the Fairfield said there was no extra cost. Then upon check out I got billed $70 extra dollars which I can only imagine is for the difference in hotel rooms. The front desk could not answer me why I was billed $70. All in all a terrible experience after a long flight and just wanting to get some rest before the next one

I couldn't stay here due to unfortunate circumstances so they put me in a different hotel. They continued to keep in contact with me and attempted to get me the price of their parking as the newer hotel was higher. Great customer service 👏

When we arrived at the Fairfield Inn We were informed that we had been transferred to the Crowne Plaza. This is the second time this has happened to us. Therefore we have no idea what the Fairfield Inn is like. We will not book this hotel again. The 1 star rating is because we did not stay here

Didn’t end up staying here, booked in April for November said they sold my room and had to relocate me. Made it seem it was something sudden but every review on here says the opposite, got transferred to Crowne Plaza was a decent place just don’t think the price is equivalent to this one. Just avoid booking here and go elsewhere because doesn’t seem like you will end up staying here if you book thru Expedia probably don’t get enough money from it.

Arrived from a long flight drove to the Fairfield Marriott to be told that due to the extension of a contract our reservation had been moved to the Crowne Plaza, 10 minutes further away. They said an email had been sent but none received. Crowne Plaza is going to charge for parking, free breakfast is at a restaurant down the street. Also the room is not clean, long hair on the towel in bathroom and nightstand has visible spills on it. I am disgusted.

The day before we were set to travel, this hotel reached out and said they'd placed us in a different hotel. That hotel did NOT work out for us, so we had to check out after one evening. So not only did this hotel get $700 from us never setting foot in it, but we were also charged for one terrible night plus parking at the other hotel. I'd love to have my money back, but NOBODY has gotten back to me.
