We had a beautiful stay. It was my daughter’s birthday and they gave her a teddy and brought her up a cake. It totally made her experience! The view was lovely and the kids loved the pool. Wouldn’t definitely recommend. The brunch was delicious too!

We love staying here whenever we go to Toronto. Impeccable service and rooms are clean - we've never had issues with checking in early. Only downside is parking can be a bit of a walk if you have lots of baggage but you can opt for valet if it suites your needs! Our son loves the pool/spa and it's within walking distance to the Eaton centre, and lots of other attractions and restaurants!

Great location for business travel especially if you need to be at the Metro Convention Centre. Cost of parking and ease of parking is terrible. Check in staff and valet are good but bell staff insufficient for a property of this magnitude.

Beautiful hotel; nice staff. Felt like there were fees that weren't told to us. After we checked out the bill was almost $350 more.
