"Second time at this property and will not hesitate in returning once again! The house is perfect for our needs, the private pool is a big plus, and everything you need in the house is to hand! Also the upgraded fans and aircon is a bonus! The house is close enough to the hub of restaurants and bars as well as the supermarket making it an ideal location on this huge complex. If you want to be more adventurous and explore further afield, then a car is advisable. However, we just go to switch off and recharge so don’t need one! Roll on next year! "

"Before the stay Simone’s communication was 1st class, so we arrived confident we’d chosen well. The villa is well appointed and functional for a family holiday. Pool is clean and plenty big enough for a family. Our 3 children loved it, and we loved the private garden and being able to wake up and enjoy our own dedicated facilities. Kitchen well equipped, nice Dolce coffee machine and white goods to make living easy. The Villa is on a really lovely urbanisation. It’s at the quiet end, close to the back gate, the days and night are peaceful - until our little ones got in the lovely pool! It’s a good 20 minute walk to the resort centre. We’d hired a car for the 2 week stay. As we knew before hand. We also packed the kids scooters. Good to have the Spar and local food places available. Lunch choices are limited, but didn’t Impact us - but worth being aware of. The communal pools looked nice, but we didn’t have need to use. Play parks great and the Wednesday and Friday fiestas/market were great. La Torre is a great location for exploring. The local beach town of Los Alcazares was great and was our go to for a close evening meal, market, big shop etc. We visited La Manga, Cartagena, a full day trip to Valencia and La Zenia/Torrevieja. "

"We had such a great stay that we booked to return before we left. This is a home away from home. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s clean and well equipped. It’s not flash or perfect it’s just really well thought out and furnished. The sunroom and positioning of this apartment are its highlights though, it has sun most of the day and you are only a couple of steps from the pool. We were here 5 days and didn’t leave except to buy food. Really chilled out. Kevin is a great communicator and the whole process was made easy. A great host! "
