"We stayed at the WE Toya as our home base for a Rusutsu ski trip. It was fabulous. The onsen was so lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. We never ate at the restaurant for dinner, but the breakfast buffet was super. The rooms are very large and the one time the onsen was closed for cleaning, we used the balcony tub and it was delightful. We would definitely stay here again!"

"チェックイン時に既にエアコンを適温でセットしていてくれて嬉しかったです。室内も綺麗で掲示物も見易く親切でした。６人家族でも余裕なテーブルが大きく椅子もたくさんあって助かりました。部屋がサウナ付きで最高です。そして屋根裏で寝れる、なんか秘密基地感があって童心に還ることができました！ 価格もリーズナブルでオススメできます。駐車スペースもあるのが良い。周辺施設が繁華街より離れているのが少し残念ではありますが、総合的に見ても星５です！"

"外国人さん向けに作られてるのかなって感じの施設と説明会でしたが特に問題はなかったです。一歳の子供を連れて行きましたがオモチャがいっぱい置いてあってとても喜んでました。寝室は仕切られてるものだと思ってましたが完全にオープンで、大人ならよかったのですが子供だと寝にくくて困りました。 周りの森でも遊べるし、洞爺湖でも遊べるし、レジャーとしては最高です。子供がもう少し大きくなってBBQまでできたら100点です。(スパイス系大量にありました) 近隣にスーパーなどがないのでちょっと不便でした。もう一度泊まりたいかと言われると特には…ですが、面白い洞爺湖旅行ができました良かったです。"

"The room was VERY SMALL. Nothing like the photo in their webpage. Massively overpriced compared to all of our other Hokkaido accomodations. Extra charge for a very poor very limited breakfast. No room service whatsoever. Our only Japan disappointment!"

"As with many places in this part of Niseko, it’s getting dated. They have done some upkeep inside at least. All the investment is over in Hirafu and Hanazono. That said, this side of town still has a lot of charm. The good backcountry skiing is over here too. I enjoyed the onsen. The food was also good, but started to get repetitive after day 2. I stayed 4 nights and wouldn’t have wanted to do another meal per se. There are limited dining options on this side of town,but the isakaya down...

"This property is not far from the Annapuri Lifts and has regular shuttle busses heading to all the ski slopes! Also, the reason I chose it is the awesome onsen and large outside rotemburo! We were able to combine skiing and onsen enjoyment! Breakfast buffet was very good as well. Good value for the money and super friendly and helpful staff!"

"We had an amazing stay. The food, the staff, and the whole vibe of the decor are incredible. What a cozy, lovely spot. I know the harsh winters can be hard in a property, but I would suggest they do some minor maintenance (wood paneling on private outdoor onsen area, rust on private porch railing, wallpaper in entrance area) to ensure this amazing hotel can stay around for a long time! We want to come back in every season. "

"This was our third stay at Freedom Inn. We love the location within walking distance to the ski field but away from touristy Hirafu. They have a great pick up drop off shuttle service which can take you to dinner in either Hirafu or Kutchan. Try Kutchan for a more authentic japanese experience. You can even stop by an onsen on the way! There also is a free shuttle to/from the ski lifts. The rooms are very spaceous and there is an onsen/ouffro on site too. The photos don't really do this place...

"I rated them excellent on everything, especially customer service thanks to a medical emergency. They helped out with immensely. The one area that was a little bit more challenging was the fact that it’s an older building and you have to expect some idiosyncrasies but was well maintained.
