"Stayed only a single night here after doing the Alpine route as it's very convenient and close to the station. It's a decent place, not too fancy. Room was an ok size, bit squishy for afamily of 4.Bonus was the public baths which is always nice in Japan."

"I felt extreme abdominal pain when I arrived to the hotel on the first day. I had to ask the hotel to call an ambulance for me even if I'm non-Japanese and it's my first trip to Japan. The front desk lady helped me called one immediately and prepared my personal information right away. After I returned from the hospital, the manager upgraded my room for free for my medical condition without asking. They checked on me everyday to see if I was feeling better during the entire stay."

While they do not service the rooms every day, they left is a goodie bag of fresh towels and toiletries which we very much appreciated. The only down side was that there was some mold in the shower and near the vent. "
